You were at a serious disadvantage from the start, because Walmart doesn’t sell beer in Canada. That’s the reason half these crazies go there in the first place.(via whydoesithavetobesohard)
Free space was most often when I was moving a skid of eggs or milk across the floor because our backroom was full…
Otherwise I only filled two spaces while working there. But I tell you that space was called several times, usually by customer service (frozen food). The other was scooters.
Remember, remember the Fifth of November,
The Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
I know of no reason
Why the Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, t’was his intent
To blow up the King and Parli’ment.
Three-score barrels of powder below
To prove old England’s overthrow;
By God’s providence he was catch’d
With a dark lantern and burning match.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, let the bells ring.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, God save the King!

This is pretty awesome. Totally worth all the work they put into it.
Doppler effect halloween costume? Heck yes.
is the fifth suggestion on the list when I type “should I get” into google search.
#1 - bangs
#2 - a divorce
You know the world has gone to pot when people start asking the internet if they should get bangs.

Rob Furlong, a former corporal of the Canadian Forces, holds the record for the longest confirmed sniper kill in combat, at 2430 meters (2657 yards, or 1.51 miles) in 2002. Born in Fogo Island, Newfoundland, Furlong taught himself to fire a rifle ambidextrously. (via kami)
That is one badass Canadian.
is why we see the sun and moon as being opposites - like honestly a lot of people believe that the moon rises as the sun sets and vice versa. Since we know that they are not synchronized in this way, why do we perpetuate this belief? Example: on the weather widgets on my computers, they use a sun to demonstrate day (understandable, because this is how we define Day in our culture) and a moon to demonstrate night. Why is this?
14And God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, 15and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth.” And it was so. 16God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, 18to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.
